US Rapper ‘Chingy’ returns with an Afrobeats Smasher

Award-winning US rap star, the protégé of Ludacris – CHINGY, marks his return to the music landscape in 2013 with the massive Afrobeats remix of his latest single “Falling” featuring African music legend 2FACE and Queen of Afrobeats May7ven, which received its radio premiere across Africa and the UK.

The ‘Falling’ remix is produced by Triple O Productions, who has previously produced other monster hit tracks for 2Face, Sound Sultan, Sean Paul and Darey (Read more here). This glorious drums-led remix sees the Afrobeats legend himself 2Face in such excellent fashion with his trademark vocals, infectious flow and memorable lyrics with the Afrobeats Queen May7ven bringing her beautiful soprano notes and adlibs to the forefront on the song’s chorus and bridge.

Currently on tour in Australia with Fabolous and Omarion, Chingy has been having a very resurgent 2013 with the release of the Chingology EP and starring in the latest season VH1’s hugely popular reality TV series Couples Therapy, now in its third season. Chingy is also about to embark on both a UK-wide and Nigerian tour in November.
