A woman has been charged with possession of a firearm after a loaded machine gun was discovered in a police raid in Wolverhampton.
Death in car crash on Dudley Road - 27.03.2010
A man has died after the car he was travelling in car crashed into a lamp post and overturned on Dudley Road, Winson Green, Birmingham on Saturday morning approx 5am.
Four men who have not yet been identified, but were understood to be in their twenties, were taken to nearby City Hospital or Selly Oak hospital Trauma unit for treatment.
Man fights for life after stabbing - 29.03.2010
A man is fighting for his life after being stabbed in the chest in Smethwick.
The victim, 21, was attacked outside Vibe nightclub in Smethwick in the early hours last night.

Victoria stab death police arrest 20 teenagers
Police have arrested 20 teenagers in connection with the stabbing of a boy at London's Victoria Station. [26 March 2010]
The boy, a 15-year-old from west London, was fatally attacked during evening rush hour on Wednesday 25 March. He is described as being of north African descent.

Around a hundred mourning teenagers gathered on Quinton High Street on Saturday (20.03.10) night to pay respects to their murdered friend, Jordan Sergeant, who was killed in an attack in on the High Street last week.
Shank 2010 - The movie
Shank is the latest UK urban movie to be produced and based on inner city UK living. Starring some of London's Grime scenes biggest names, Shank has been surrounded by a hol heep of hype. Following violent incidents at numerous cinemas across Birmingham since it's launch (Friday), the police have advised cinemas not to show the film. Shank is now only being showed at Star City and Rubery according to the AMC staff on Broad Street.

Gorilla Sawnoff made headline news in October 2008 when he was stabbed repeatedly in front of a stunned crowd of afternoon shoppers in Birmingham city centre. Whilst the attack ‘terrified’ many of Birmingham’s journalists (well dats da way dey were goin on!), it only inspired Gorilla to get further on his grind.
